"The Chinese Spymaster" by Hock G. Tjoa is a suspenseful spy book that has it all. This book is well-organized, well-researched, and essential reading for those readers who are interested in the history and politics of Central Asia. I read quite a bit and I must admit the writing style was intelligent and had depth. This novel moves at a good pace with chapters written that make it tough to put the book down. The characters are depicted in full three-dimensional tones. It was a really great read and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
