"Home Selling Mastery" by Gary Marshall has everything you need to know to confidently sell your home. The author organizes a plan for people who want to save the expense of commissions, legal fees, closing costs, etc., but who have no previous experience with selling a home on their own. Experience shows as the author has been an estate agent, investor and landlord in the past. The book is easy-to-read and informative. Although this book isn't near the length of similar books on the topic, I found this helped in understanding the content as fast as possible - and certainly at this price it's a bargain. Highly recommended, guaranteed to sell house faster and for the best possible price.
