"The Mindful Way to Study" by Jake J. Gibbs and Roddy O. Gibbs

The Mindful Way to Study: Dancing with Your Books by Jake J. Gibbs and Roddy O. Gibbs has content alone that has the potential to change your life. I love the simplicity of this book and its title! This book includes different types of techniques for re-framing your mindset. I've read the book a couple of times now and done the exercises a few times, as some of the exercises are worth repeating. Not everyone will agree with all of the concepts.  Try them and see which ones fit your life. This is also a great guide for parents.
