"Knightfall" by R. Jackson-Lawrence delivers tonnes of action and adventure with a dose of exploration and survival. Boy genius Benjamin Knight is cast into future world where an uneasy peace hangs in the balance. Saved from near death by a band of traders, he joins the Road Trains on their journey north as he struggles to understand what's happened to him. The plot moved along well and held my interest. Well written with a large cast of engaging characters. The journal entries at the beginning of each chapter may give a little to much info into the coming chapter. I did like this book and look forward to the next in the series, especially as with how this book ended!
