This is my first book by this author and is one of the most beautifully written stories I have read recently and just the right lenght. I can say the author absolutely nailed the characters, the personalities and the troublesome midlife crisis where we question ones whole life. This is a story that reminds us that we make decisions for a reason and whether right or wrong the choices we make mould us into the people we are today. It helps us remember where we came from - that some people never change, and that things we hold true as kids stick with us as adults. This story had my emotions in a twist. A page turner in every sense of the word. If you are not familiar with Filipa Fonseca Silva, you need to get to know her. She is very talented and writes one heck of a story.
