"Aegis Rising" by author S.S. Segran is quite a captivating and enjoyable read. A very ambitious book with descriptions that allow you to perfectly see the scene in the writer's mind and feel all the emotions of the characters as they move through the story. This was a book I desperately wish existed when I was a young teen as it reminded me of other great fantasies I have read. This series has great potential as I was really blown away. I really can't wait for the second book to come out!
