The book was an entertaining read, though the premise was a common enough story. It's part adventure, part post-apocalypse and part survival guide. I actually read this book a few months back and just now re-read it, and it went from being good - to being very good! Loved the writing and the character development. Mr. Tucker is a fresh, new author who displays many traits of classic end-of-the-world writers of old. I see much promise ahead and look forward to reading more. I would recommend this book to teens as well as adults.
