"Tears of a Heart" by Chase Blackwood has a premise that is so intriguing it hooked me straight away. The tale of a young boy named Kirin, who goes on an epic journey to find purpose and meaning in a this coming of age book. This adventure will keep you on your toes and biting your nails. I know its hard to read like that, but I managed :D I could feel the characters, I could sense them in a way that isn't always easy, but only when an author writes them well. This is the first book I have read by Chase, but it will not be the last. I hope there will be a sequel because Im not ready to leave these characters.
