There are few authors whose works I put on my buy list - Mr. Wilson is one of those few. "Hopebreaker" is filled with rich characters, engaging action and a marvellous setting. The story of Jacob, who gets caught in the middle of the Great Iron War and as the plot thickens, the author provides clean and well executed writing to keep the reader engaged until the end. The novel's pacing is pristine! Highly recommended to anyone already in love with steampunk, or to 'beginners' of the genre :)
