It's not often I get a chance to read poetry, but I couldn't resist "H is for Hell" by Lance Barnwell. The writing was well crafted, and the rhythm was divine. The darkness and light inside this book contrast each other perfectly. I loved the way the author gives visualization to feelings as the intense imagery is amazing. You are transported into another place with each poem. It makes a great collection to refer to any time of the night :D Obviously, not every story is going to work for every reader. However, If you like your poetry dark and disturbing, this will be perfect for you.
