"Muswell Kill"

I was in the mood for something different so when Muswell Kill by Nick C. Roberts was recommended to me, I decided to give it a try. Even though the writing style was basic, the author did a good job of keeping me curious. Set in London, this was a short but enjoyable read between two unlikely people. As real love is hard to portray and many books fall short, I really liked the characters Sonia and Oscar, and their teacher/student affair. To me, a good book makes you feel as if you are part of the story. You laugh, you cry and you even feel just a bit of your heart will break for them. The cover is a bit misleading but don't let that stop you reading this.
