Readers will enjoy this, as long as they are fans of fantasy, magic and sorcerery. A short prequel to the book Elara (The Fist of Etan) it's a story that has writing that is somewhat dense. The characters were well written and you did feel a bond with them while reading. The premise of the story was interesting also, and well told. I'm excited to see where the story expands to, and if this book is any indication, I'll greatly enjoy diving deeper into mysteries and lore which were only hinted at here.
