This collection of poems by Erin C Altrama entitled "When a Heart Has No Ears" is both warm and honest. The language, the feeling and the intense imagery are amazing. The writing was well crafted, and the rhythm was divine. The darkness and light inside this book contrast each other perfectly page after page. Part 2 of this collection is a wonderful insight into dealing with rejection from adoption. I look forward to seeing more work from this soulful and talented writer.
